Point	The Nagano Works was inaugurated in 2008. It is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies to meet the demand for wafers of higher quality. With a property area of 37,000 m² and a building area of 9,300 m², the Nagano Works features cutting-edge wire saws. It has solar panels providing 100 kWp on the slope of the factory site to reduce carbon dioxide generation. In 2010, The production capacity in terms of 125mm x 125mm wafer is 7 million pieces/month.
