As they do not emit CO2 in the power generation process, solar batteries are attracting attention as a solution to prevent further global warming. Thanks to the subsidy programs of various governments, the photovoltaic market is rapidly expanding.
Space Energy Corporation has grown together with the photovoltaic industry. We started our business with handling semiconductor grade silicon scraps in 1995, moved on to producing silicon ingots, and then to manufacturing monocrystalline silicon wafers. We intend to contribute to further proliferation of solar batteries.
The era of the photovoltaic industry has just begun. That is why we believe it is important for Space Energy to grow with the industry. We intend to grow steadily by fulfilling our responsibility to provide continuous yet consistent supply of quality products while contributing to the improvement of the Earth’s environment.
As our first step to realize such goals, our Nagano Works started commercial operation in 2008 and has increased its wafer production capacity significantly. Space Energy will strive to continue its stable growth and contribute to preserve the global environment at the same time.
